Based on what I see in your report, the machine is starved for RAM and needs a RAM upgrade. It can be upgraded to 32GB however it would probably do fine with 16GB or 24GB. Both sell high quality RAM at reasonable prices and have excellent service. iMacs are extremely sensitive to RAM, do not use RAM found at your local computer store or any other type of 'value' RAM.
